Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping (Singapore) :
Standard Shipping: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and typically delivered within 5-7 business days.

International Shipping:

We offer international shipping to select countries. Delivery times vary based on destination and customs processing. Please allow 10-21 business days for delivery.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees that may apply.

Shipping Rates:

For Domestic Orders: Free Shipping: For orders of S$100 & above.

For International Orders: Shipping rates will be calculated after checkout based on order weight, dimensions, and destination. We will contact you to advise the shipping amount.

Order Tracking:
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your shipment’s progress.

Returns Policy

Returns:

Due to the unique nature of customized handmade items, we do not accept returns or exchanges for these products. Each piece is crafted specifically, making it a one-of-a-kind item.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a customized handmade item that is damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receipt. Provide detailed photos of the damage or defect, along with your order number.
Upon review, if the item is deemed defective or damaged, we will offer a replacement or a full refund.

Order Cancellations:

Orders for customized handmade items can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, we begin the crafting process, and cancellations will not be accepted.

We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you have any concerns about your customized handmade item, please contact our customer service team. We will work with you to address any issues and ensure you are pleased with your purchase.
